Specifically for black sororities of the Divine 9: I did not join undergrad because the sorority I wanted to be a member of was having problems. I am now in graduate school and I am still interested in joining. Are graduate students able to go through the membership process of undergraduate chapters?

Specific to the Divine 9. If you are a graduate and still interested in the organization of your choice, you will have to apply for membership in a graduate chapter. I suggest that you request membership information from that organization's national website or regional websites. Good luck!

To my knowledge, graduate students are not allowed to go through the membership process of undergraduate chapters. You would have to research and find a graduate chapter in the area or close proximity where you reside and contact them. In addition, someone would have to sponsor you as well (a member of the sorority in which you are interested).

No you can not do undergrad but you can do graduate chapter. Go on line to the sorority your interested in official website to locate the Alumina Chapter in your city or surrounding city. Then find out what they are doing and show some interest/support in the sorority. Then you have to be invited to a interest meeting,

It is my understanding that grad students are not allowed to join a sorority, but I would suggest going over to the particular sorority's house and talk with an officer, or contact the national office.
