ok, so i'm currently studying for my phd and its always been my dream to become a teacher/lecturer (especially at a university level). How do i go about doing this? Can i go straight into the job after my studies, or do i have to get some experience first in teaching/writing papers? If so, how long would this take?

You can start applying for jobs after getting the PhD, but in many fields you'll need to do a few postdocs before they'll consider you for a lecturer position. If you haven't published any papers (or books, depending on the field) then you might not qualify - that's something that's expected of any applicant.

I would suggest you get some experience first and learn to punctuate properly prior to applying for a university job.

If you can't correctly identify written mistakes, then you'll never survive as a lecturer or marker.

You will need a {h.D and then to publish i your field. That should be done even before you apply for a position./
