when the class first started she wrote comments on all my assignments. however the semester ended and my last assignment she didn't put comments/

At the end of the semester, instructors are often rushed. They have many assignments and exams to grade, they have to get the marks in to the Registrar by a deadline.



In addition, earlier comments were intended to help you improve on subsequent assignments. It may be that the instructor didn't feel that comments were as important on the very last assignment.



If you got a decent grade, don't worry about it. A lack of comments doesn't mean that the instructor has suddenly decided that she doesn't like you or that your work isn't worth comments.

My English Composition Professor did the same thing and explained that being it was the last assignment, there was nothing I could do to improve on the assignment or in his class at that point, so he felt it unnecessary to comment. However, if I felt the need to discuss the assignment, I could have met him during his office hours. I'm guessing your instructor felt the same way, but if you are concerned, contact her via email.
