HI,

First of all, as you are now in school, the important thing that you are back there because you want to finish your study.

Therefore, I 'd suggest you to concentrate on your study lesson.

Classmate , sometime you will be felt very strange when you are in the class. Obviously it comes from your intention. Please do not worry about it. They will be your friend , as long as you get familiar with them. Pls remind yourself, no one dislikes you, unless you are the good person and you do not make any problem to them.

Secondly, the environment, do not think that you are in the new environment , it is your school and your class..you stay in the classroom because you want to listen what your teacher are teaching? After class you can go around the school, sit in the library and read a book, magazine there.. as you relax time, do not stress yourself too much !

Thirdly, for every teachers .. they all are doing their duties to teach students, and they have to be very punctual with their works. For sure, you can be a good student with them, do you r best to listen and take a note in your class. Giving their question when you do not understand. It will make you and your teacher to cope with the way your guys studying and teaching.

From these 3 questions, I could explain to you ..

1.Being a good student could be able to get you out from your stressful..

2.There is no any gap between you and your teacher, as you are being a good student for them.

3.Friends will not make any distance.. it is only one thing that you are behavior with them. At the end they will admit you as their friend.

Good lucks mate,

P.

1 - you really should work with a therapist or counselor so they can show you how to improve your self esteem. You need to understand that what other people think doesn't count, but right now you can't see that. You might try some medication, as it helps many people.

2 - If you are that petrified, talk to your school counselor about any on-line courses you can take. That would reduce your in-class time. You MUST be disciplined in order to make on-line courses work, but in your case it's an alternative.

3 - Please do something about this RIGHT AWAY. You can't afford to waste tuition and possibly get bad grades because of your mental state. You can get better, but you may need to take a breather. Please see a counselor right away.

If you let these small obstacles and small people prevent you from getting a good job, you're going to regret it. Just go! Don't think about it anymore, just go to school and relax, and work hard. You'll be out soon enough... And if people in college really are that immature, try transferring after a semester if you don't like it. But you know what? I think you'll be just fine!

One thing that will probably help is while waiting for the teacher to come to the lecture make sure you introduce yourself to the people next to you. Just say something like - 'Hi - I''m so and so. Its been a while since I have been to school got any suggestions?'

Thanks
