Tending a baby and have TWO jobs? And you want to train for a new careers as well? You're over-extended. You're going to have to give up something (and I certainly hope it's not the baby!)
I'm not at all keen on online degrees. Few employers take such degrees seriously. Too many students get started on programs, run up huge bills, and then never complete their degrees.

This last one states that their are only 14 schools that the FAA accepts candidates from. You'll want to check if Everglades is on this list.
