Question:
Should I just go ahead and take lecture classes instead of taking my last four classes online?

I am in a junior college and I have the option to take online classes.

However, I am used to taking at least one or 2 lecture classes in the Fall.

This is my last semester, and I want to make more friends or at least socialize.

But I only put all four classes online because I thought I would get a full time job before school starts.

But I have been looking for a job for 8 months now.

I get interviews but no callbacks.

Yes, it's probably a good idea to switch to lecture classes because they help to maintain interest through some personal interaction, and online classes are often harder to do because there's more writing required. You might try to take night classes to leave your schedule open for possible part-time work during normal business hours. Working part-time is usually better than not working at all if you can at least cover most of your essential living costs.

As far as your job search goes, go to the career center at your college to take advantage of any resources they have for you. You might need counseling to figure out what you may be doing wrong during the interview process and to find out ways to improve your job search process. Often it's hard to see what you're doing wrong by yourself. You can see if a counselor might try role playing with you to practice the interview to get tips to improve it. You might be looking for full-time jobs at business that only offer part-time work. A lot of retail business prefer to hire part-time workers through employment agencies/services, so that they can implement a trial-period for new workers that allows any poor workers to be dismissed without increasing their costs to pay for unemployment insurance.

If you want to go, why not. You just need to ask the professor first because the classroom may not be able to hold that many students.

I once had a class that had 24 students (total) in the class and 24 chairs so if someone wanted to sit in on that class, there was literally no seats left for a student unless they wanted to sit on someones lap or sit on the floor.

Take lecture classes.... you gain more knowledge as opposed to learning the material in solo. Plus you can develop interpersonal communication skills better.

As for getting a job, I doubt they will hire you, since you haven't graduated yet.
