Dear All,
I am Govind Mohan, SD Consultant working for SAP Global Delivery. My wife is a MBA Graduate, So I thought of introducing her to SAP world.
Then I came across Shiv's LinkedIn profile. I was so astonish to read that SAP Certified consultants are attending his training session to learn from him.
My wife and me decided to attend his few classes to check how good he (Shiv) is.
In the training class I did not introduce myself as a SAP Consultant and we did not tell him that we both are married couple.
In the second day of training class itself I caught him. He is not a real time SAP HCM Consultant. He does not know anything on "Project Management Framework (PMF)/ SAP Implementations".
Any domain Real consultant will have basic knowledge on PMF/SDLC. This guy was telling some bullshit story and everyone are in the class just listening tohim as those candidates were not having real time exposure.
So, my wife decided not to join his class.
My advice to you guys,
1. Please check LinkedIn to find consultants (Not like Shiv) who are teaching real SAP. In AECS Layout/Whitefield many consultants are teaching SAP for candidates (4 -5 candidates) in their home.
As I am from SD background I am posting LinkedIn detail of one SD consultant.

If I come across any HCM consultant I will let you know.
Till today, two questions remain in my mind after looking into Shiv's LinkedIn Profile, i.e.
1) Shiv, to learn SAP HCM from you; 3+,4+,5+ yrs exp candidates are coming and also Certified SAP HCM Consultants are also attending. You are such a Brilliant!!!!!!!!.
If you are such a Brilliant, then why you do not have received any/single LinkedIn recommendation/testimonials from your clients?/Project Manager/ Project team ????????
All recommendations/testimonials in your Linked profile are from your MBA classmates/Friends/Students... Why no appreciations from client??????
2) In your profile you have mentioned that you are MBA passed out from 2003 - 2005 batch.
* Let us assume you completed your MBA in June - 2005
* Definitely it will take 1 year to learn SAP HCM and get placed. So, let us assume you got SAP job in June - 2006.
* From June 2006 to December 2009 you worked as Real time SAP Consultant. So your total real time SAP experience is JUST 3.6 years of experience. (With the assumption you were not on bench)
(Because In your LinkedIn profile you have mentioned that you started training from Jan 2010)
Guys, Is it really possible to learn SAP HCM a lot in JUST 3.6 years of experience???????????? Definitely NOT.
You have not got chance to work on one Implementation project. I bet.
And you are teaching SAP on ECC5. version (Older version of SAP).
Friends, do not get cheated by this SAP training institute. Shiv do not have exposure on SAP HCM project.
His training institute address is as below;
Universal Academy,31st Cross, 11th Main, 4th Block west Jayanagar, Bangalore - 560011
Near Coffee day.
