I want to do some sort of computing course but I am not sure which one yet. What sort of information would I need to survive in this area in general? Do I need certain experience?

You've already asked this and had an answer from a University professor so I'm wondering what else you need to know such that you are asking again?

Almost all degrees require a level of subject knowledge/expertise to be able to deal with them. The only exceptions are things like law

You need some self taught computer experience. Like learning at least the basics of a programming language. If you can write small programs you will have an advantage over most of the others.

Take mathematics to 18. A-Level or equivalent if you are in England, Wales or Northern Ireland. Our Computing department analysed their students performance in a core programming first year module - those with A Level mathematics scored an average of 77%, those without A Level mathematics but with an A Level in Computing scored an average of 63%.
