Well today I found out that my science class teacher had been having a relationship with a student. So he has been suspended until further notice. It also had been discovered that he has been marking the exam coursework grade higher that what it actually was. He was marking D grade work as A. So my classes grades have been suspended untill further notice. Does this mean that I might fail my science class? Also do you think my teacher could be arrested for frauding grades and his relationship? I'm confused- I seriously cannot fail this class.

Thanks in advance,

well if he's been marking them wrong then your grade may go lower, but they will probably get remarked and then you'll know for sure what you have got.

He might go to jail for the relationship depending on how old the student is 16 and below definitely jail.

For the grades he might just be fired.

They'll send in a temporary substitute from the department to take his place and remark as much work as they can. If you have been doing good work then your grade should not be so adversely affected. It doesn't mean they're going to look at all the As and turn them all into Ds or anything like that.

If the student was a minor he could be arrested for having sexual relations with someone under 18. But otherwise he'll probably just lose his job and his reputation.

If any course work was handed back to you, you should try to dig up as much as you can find (or if you printed papers/lab reports reprint those) just in case they want to see a sample of your work. Don't change anything. If you're reprinting, this is very important as files will show when they were last edited and showing you haven't changed a document since Jan. 2010 when it was first due will prove that you're being genuine with them.

Whatever happens, the school will have to sort out the problems. Don't worry, that's the school's job.

your grades shouldnt be affected... whichever work u had done will probably be remarked.
