Can anybody tell me, or provide a link which will show me the top universities in the UK based on their business/economics department?

Use the financial times rankings for Business Schools:

Some universities have better departments at undergrad and others at postgrad, however the Universities rated best for econ are usually LSE, Oxford, Cambridge, Warwick, UCL and Durham.



As for business degrees at undergrad your looking at Bath, Warwick, LSE, Lancaster but you should check the subject tables rankings for both Econ and Business:
