I have to include an appendix of websites I used as resources. Basically, I copy and paste the text of the website into the appendix. However, what are the formatting guidelines for writing appendices? What do they look like, what's the proprer format, do I say something like, 'see apendix 1' in the corresponding citation on my works cited list?? HELP!

The appendix will come after the meat of your paper. Each appendix will begin on its own page and have a heading of Appendix A. Of course, your second appendix will have the heading of Appendix B, and so on. When you are referencing something from your appendix in-text, you will follow it up with (Appendix X). As far as your reference pages go, you do not point out which reference corresponds with each appendix....but if your appendices are just copies of your sources, you'd probably be better off just citing the source in APA stye (Author, year published), unless your teacher requests both.
