i got 95.25% in cbse 12th board. can i get a college in north campus of delhi university for economics hons.?

The percentage you have got is very good, so there is a chance that you may be able to get into DU. But, since the cut-off normally goes high here; so, you should also apply for admission in other good colleges/universities like: St. Xavier's College (Mumbai), Lovely Professional University (Punjab), Symbiosis, Christ College, PU ..........; as they better infrastructure and provide better education as well. Some of these universities (like LPU) also give scholarships to students (based on percentage in qualifying exam).
