Which is easier/better: SDSU then med school at UCSD, or go to community college and use TAG program to get into UCSD?

It is better in my opinion to go from community college, then to UCSD, and then to med school.



Medical school is very expensive and you should save as much money as you can. By doing 2 years at community college first you are saving 2 years worth of tuition/room and board at UCSD.



And it's easier because for the TAG program you only have to meet some relatively easy criteria:

- currently enrolled full-time at a California community colllege

- complete at least 30 transferable semester units with a minimum GPA of 2.8 (Agricultural &Environmental Sciences), 2.9 (Letters & Science and Biological Sciences), or 3.1 (Engineering).
