I wrote an ILR (Literature Review) and my professor wrote awk everywhere in my paper I don't know what it means. I've googled it but I don't seem to get what it means..

Maybe you should clarify with your professor on what it means, but it might mean awkward because sometimes certain groups of words or phrases sound awkward and my English teacher has written awk (meaning awkward) a few times on my papers. Hope this helped!

In editing, AWK means that the sentence is "awkward" or awkwardly written.
