I know you get out of college what you put into it, but I was wondering what some people's personal experiences were. I'm also aware that it varies from person to person, but the problem is that I don't know what I want. The small school has about 1,000. The big school 15,000. There are no mid-sized school's I am interested in within my area. The big school is a tier 3 school with a rep for being a party school, but has a good Mass Comm Program. The small school is a tier 1 school with a new, probably not as good Mass Comm program, but better advising and placement. Any thoughts, ideas, suggestions, or personal experiences?

That "big" school doesn't sound that big either. I would go to the one with the better program.

Depends what activities offered, if small private college offered your course n hav a close community and could have fun, then it is easier, but normally big Uni offer a lot of opportunity to meet ppl and games around the yr
